If you take a while to clean your car DO NOT COME HERE! came here to clean my work van and it was in pretty bad shape so i wanted to spend the time to get it as clean as i could get it. I was there for about 2 hours (checked my location to see how long i was there in total and it was 2 1/2 hours) when the owner i assume comes up to me and asks if i'm almost done i said yeah sorry about that it’s pretty dirty and he says “yeah you’ve been here for almost 3 hours, it’s not a detail shop” there was nobody waiting on me or i would’ve absolutely left and came back or went somewhere else, i spent my money here cleaning the outside of the van so i wasn’t loitering, i was a paying customer, there isn’t a time limit or sign that says you can’t clean the inside of your car. This was incredibly rude and unprofessional and i will not be taking my business here again for my work or personal vehicle. If your business has vacuums, carpet shampoo, and lanes to wash your car, that all sounds a place to go detail your car to me.

Everything worked, it was actually cheaper compared to the drive-thrus. And it was really clean around there. I usually avoid self-serve places as they are usually not kept up. However, this one in particular surprised me. It's probably the only self-serve car wash I would ever use.

Terrible. The sprayers have the pressure of a garden hose. Charged my debit $10, without any clear notifications of how much/how long you've been using it. No "beeps" or sounds to warn you. They're absolutely stealing people's money. No staff to make it right. 😞

Late night, dirt, out of town... this was me on a Saturday night trying to get my Can Am defender cleaned up after a hunt. What a great place to have at your disposal 24/7. I love it simple and quick. Not many more places these days have this service. They seem to think it's outdated, and everything is a 3 minute drive thru... no for me. Thank you, University Car Wash, for sticking around and keeping it old school.

Good clean car wash. The owner (I'm assuming) was there cleaning and doing maintenance. The only thing I did not like was that there were no times listed for washing or vacuum services, only the cost. The car wash is $3 to start and the owner told me it was about 25 to 30 seconds per quarter after that (still not sure of the original amount of time you get for $3 though). I did the high pressure wash and high pressure rinse for $4.25 which was maybe 8 minutes. The vacuum was $1 for 3 minutes and 30 seconds (I timed it) Overall sightly more expensive than cleanfreak and it takes longer but I like washing my own car and traffic at the drive through carwashes is horrible. For the people complaining about the $10 dollar charge on your account, that's just because the charge is still pending. Just like a gas station it will take a day or so for the charge to clear and the correct amount to be billed to your account.
